The room was incredibly spacious and well-equipped, with a kitchen, plenty of storage space, and complimentary high-speed internet access. We loved the modern amenities included and the comfortable work surfaces, perfect for both business and leisure travelers. Being just minutes away from recreational parks and only 10 miles from downtown Columbus, the location was ideal for exploring the area. The staff, especially Crystal, was exceptional - friendly, attentive, and accommodating. Their service truly made our stay memorable. the property's serene saline pool and outdoor grills offered a relaxing evening escape, while the convenience of a continental breakfast each morning was a great start to our day. Although the breakfast was not extraordinary, everything else about our experience was top-notch. the room was spotless, the bed was comfortable, and the blackout curtains ensured a restful night's sleep. the proximity to shops, restaurants, and the highway was convenient, although some noise could be heard. the stayover housekeeping service upon request was a thoughtful touch. Overall, Home2 Suites By Hilton Columbus/West provided a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and friendly service. For a romantic escape or a leisurely getaway, I would highly recommend this hotel. Thank you for a wonderful stay - we will definitely be back.
